Seasonal Specialty Cocktails & Mocktails
01. The Magnolia Marg - Seasonal Margarita
Berry Jalapeño Margarita. An all-time favorite cocktail, fresh and full of bright citrus with a touch of heat from the peppers, sweetness and color from the blueberries & blackberries and optional salty sweet or spicy rim.
*Excellent as a mocktail
02. The Peach Blossom - Seasonal Fizz
Gin + Fresh peach, elderflower, lemon & prosecco
03. The Fig Tree - Seasonal Bourbon Smash
Bourbon + rosemary honey, lemon smashed with a hint of our house summer fig jam.
04. The SunKiss - Seasonal Mojito
A summer’s kiss of juicy muddled strawberries with fresh garden mint and basil, a squeeze of sweet lime & lemon and white rum topped with bubbly water.
*Excellent as a mocktail
05. The Regatta - Seasonal Mule
Tequila or Vodka, cucumber essence, fresh lemon, a splash of ginger beer and topped with club soda and a big spring of garden mint.
*Excellent as a mocktail with coconut water
06. The Bay Charmer - Seasonal Fizz
Vanilla vodka, butterfly pea, fresh lemon and bubbly water
