Meet the Owner

Shore Pours was created out of a love for all things food and drink.

I call myself a Mountain turned Island girl with serious Maryland roots. A foodie in its purist form I am always ready to craft the perfect addition to your next event. In my earlier days, I attended the University of Denver and achieved a Business Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management. From there I went on to culinary school studying classic French and Italian food & wine, spent years in the trenches of ski resort management and locally started Saltwater Kitchen featuring Colorado’s Pappardelle Pasta in farmer’s markets & restaurants throughout Maryland, Delaware & DC.

For the last 20+ years I’ve been involved, one way or another, in the hospitality industry from the shores of the Chesapeake to the mountain resorts of Colorado and Lake Tahoe, Ca. After business & culinary school, weekend catering and cheffing, years behind the desk in corporate and social event planning, resort sales and marketing… it was time for a change and thus Shore Pours and Shore & Island Sailing Charters were born. Helping people bring their friends and loved ones together to celebrate life’s funnest and most important moments is my passion. I am truly honored to be a part of your celebration and can’t wait to help you achieve your vision.

Cheers! Cameron
